Canyon Explorations/Expeditions is exclusively an Oar and Paddle company created to provide a unique experience in Grand Canyon.

Our Hybrid Grand Canyon Raft Trips are geared for individuals seeking a highly participatory vacation and include oar boats, a paddle boat and two inflatable kayaks. We also offer All-Paddle Trips for those who want to paddle every day. We do daily side canyon hiking on all trips.

Trip lengths are 6 to 16 days including: 6-7 days for the Upper Canyon trips, 9 days for the Lower Canyon trips and 13-16 days for the Full Canyon trips.

Our long trips provide more time for side canyon hiking, exploring, learning, and relaxing in nature.

You do not have to have any camping or rafting experience to journey through the Grand Canyon with us, only the willingness to accept weather and climate changes and the desire to participate. We provide all the camping equipment you’ll need.
